Walid Hijazi

Walid Hijazi is a criminal lawyer in Montreal and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2004.  He worked with Legal Aid for two years in Montreal before entering private practice. He has argued several cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, including the famous Bedford prostitution case. He has defended in several high profile cases.

Walid has taught criminal law at McGill University and the Polytechnique. He also sat on the board of the Montreal Bar from 2016 to 2018.

He collaborates regularly with the media to disseminate judicial news.

Walid has been interested in Haitian culture since his youth.
