As proof, last October, the Baille Tourible medical team administered 631 consultations, from clients needing assistance with family planning, to infants, children, and adults. In terms of cholera cases, which resurged during the very heavy rainy season last July, they have significantly decreased since the return of the dry season. After 190 diagnosed cases and nine casualties since July, there have been no cases of cholera requiring patient hospitalization since the end of November.
