Déborah Cherenfant

Déborah is the president of the Junior Chamber of commerce of Montreal. She is also the president of the board of Compagnie F, a non-profit organization helping vulnerable women become financially independent through entrepreneurship, and co-founder of the BIAS Foundation, a cultural & artistic think tank.

Déborah Cherenfant launched in 2011 Mots d’Elles, a multi-award winning blog dedicated to women leaders & entrepreneurs. The visionary entrepreneur has since been involved in numerous local & international initiatives supporting young girls & women. Her creative mind led to Atelier Coloré, a curated selection of pieces that offer bold combinations and patterns.

Laureate of the 2016 Women of Distinction Awards in Entrepreneurship by the Montreal Women’s Y Foundation, Déborah was also named Personality Of The Weekby La Presse in July 2016.

Her TEDx Talk in October 2017 on misrepresentation, inspiration & models, is a great example of what keeps Déborah motivated.
