Green is taking up more and more space in our experimental farm, managed in collaboration with our partner Mouvement Paysan Papaye in the Central Plateau (Haiti).

The first 8,000 seedlings are growing and are doing fine thanks to the rain that returned to the region. There are both fruit trees such as orange, papaya, coconut, and mango, as well as forest trees like cassia or cedar.

Farmers have high hopes for the experimental farm, which will allow them to both reforest their community and combat food insecurity which is worsening with the COVID-19 pandemic.
