Yesterday in Haiti, the inhabitants of Baille Tourible were happy to see rain for the first time since October. A nice gift on the eve of Labor and Agriculture Day on May 1st. The dry season, from November to March, was longer this year, raising fears for the July harvest. The rain was therefore eagerly awaited, especially with COVID-19, which increases the risks of food insecurity.
