Women’s Associations in Action
In Baille Tourible and its surrounding areas, three women’s associations, bringing together over 300 women, are at the heart of social change. With KANPE’s support, they are working toward an ambitious goal: strengthening women’s independence, organizing younger members, and serving as a driving force to mobilize the entire community.
Through these associations, women receive training in accounting, financial management, and community leadership—key skills essential to the success of our entrepreneurship and agroforestry initiatives. These groups also play a vital role in improving local organization and facilitating communication with the population.
More than just learning spaces, these associations embody active solidarity. Together, these women are paving the way for a future where collaboration and mutual support not only transform their own lives but also create lasting change for generations to come.
