Last Friday, students from the community of Baille Tourible participated in a day of planting seedlings. They were accompanied by agronomist teachers with the aim of involving them in reforestation and environmental conservation activities.

This activity took place on the grounds where soil conservation work has recently been carried out, demonstrating the community’s commitment to the preservation of the local ecosystem.

Organized as a prelude to the Agriculture and Labor Day on Monday, May 1, this day was an opportunity for students to put into practice the knowledge they have acquired in their agriculture classes. Additionally it helped them in becoming aware of the importance of their role in protecting the environment.
